These slow cooker Korean tacos were delish, and super easy to throw together. I am all about the slow cooker these days. Julie, the awesome lady behind the blog, is a friend from barre class. I am always drooling over her recipes! I seriously dream about this popcorn. It is sweet and salty, with a hint of curry and a little spice. I could definitely polish off a whole batch on my own! I love a good peanut noodle dish, and this one did not disappoint. I added some shredded carrot and mixed in some tofu sautéed in sesame oil. You can easily throw in whatever veggies or protein you have on hand. And it makes great leftovers!
